Note: Parents with more than one child in the school will receive a 15% concession in the Annual Fee (Tuition, Board & Lodging) for the second child.
  1. The above mentioned Tuition, Board & Lodging Fee is to be paid in three instalments as indicated in the table below. All other dues are to be cleared in first instalement. Late clearance of fees & Dues will be charged @ 2% per month.
  2. Complete detail of Sundry expenditure is reported to the parents at the end of the year.
  3. Actual cost of Books & Stationary, miscellaneous outgoings and extra classes (if provided) will be debited to the Sundry Account
  4. Clothing/Uniforms, Equipment and Transport will be charged to parents as per actuals.

Note:

  1. Please remit the fee directly to the school’s bank account: Account No: 6711002100000013, IFSC Code: PUNB0671100 Bank: PNB, DPS, Dalhousie.
  2. Alternatively, fees can also be deposited using the QR Scanner and UPI details provided. Inform the school office via email at info@dpsdalhousie.com or WhatsApp at +91-9418381111 after completing the transfer
  3. Registration Fee: Rs. 8,000/- (Non-Refundable).
  4. Fee for residential students leaving after CBSE Exams 2026: Rs. 15,000/-.
  5. Fees (Tuition, Lodging & Boarding) paid in the First Instalment will not be refunded if the child leaves the school after joining.
  6. In case of discontinuation of physical classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID), one-third of the Annual Lodging and Boarding charges will be levied.
  7. Late fee deposits will incur a 2% charge per month.
  8. Winter classes (Optional) expenses will be levied in the Third Instalment.
  9. Costs for Educational/Field Trips or Excursions will be charged in the Second Instalment.
  10. Detailed reports of Sundry expenditures will be provided to parents at the end of the year.
  11. Actual costs of books, stationery, outings, and extra classes (if any) will be debited to the Sundry Account.
