Our boarding community offers children a safe, caring, and supportive home away from home. With separate houses for girls and boys, experienced pastoral care, and dedicated staff, each child is known, supported, and nurtured. Boarding life focuses on emotional well-being, healthy routines, and academic support, helping students grow with confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging.
Flexible Residential Formats
The Chandigarh Campus may lie in a pristine forest, but its proximity to the urban centre of Chandigarh allows us to provide new bespoke boarding formats. These include:
Full Boarding
Dalhousie’s traditional approach, in which students remain on campus full-time.
Weekly Boarding
Our weekly boarders return home at weekends, marrying our pastoral care with your own progress.
Day Boarding
Our day boarders can remain on campus for extracurriculars and meals, ensuring that they can still take full advantage of the Dalhousie experience – while always making it home for dinner.
